Placing an order for merchandise is easy on the IBM – Concept Partners web shop.
Remember this site only shows a small selection of the thousands of premiums that are available to supply. Please call Concept Partners (+61 2 9557-7488) if you need any assistance in selecting the right merchandise for your event or promotion.
Product Categories
There are two main product categories in the web-shop:
- In-stock Merchandise – these items are carried in our warehouse and can be ordered immediately with the IBM logo already decorated on the item.
- Special Order Merchandise – these items are to stimulate ideas for your requirements.
The items shown have been previously ordered by other IBM’ers along with new premiums that are available to order.
These items are not “in-stock” and need to be manufactured and decorated, hence there are minimum quantity requirements and variable pricings depending on the quantity ordered.
Delivery time on these items is generally 10-14 days.
Placing an Order
1. Online (for an official IBM order)
To place an order through IBM:
- Choose the items you wish to order from the web-shop
- Raise a Purchase Order in Bond
- Log-on to the web-shop and place your order – ensure you fill in the Purchase Order Number where requested and also the correct Delivery Address
- Submit the order for processing
2. Phone or Email (for an official IBM order)
- Choose the items you wish to order from the web-shop
- Raise a Purchase Order in Bond
- Call Concept Partners (+61 2 9557 7488) and speak with Ross or email ross@conceptpartners.com.au
3. Personal Credit Card (for personal orders)
- Choose the items you wish to order from the web-shop
- On checkout fill in your credit card details when requested
- Call Concept Partners (+61 2 9557 7488) and speak with Ross to place your order verbally.
